QUEEN MOTHER DIES AT 101

The Queen Mother died today at 3:15, the time of the royal lunch, I know that her neice and the queen were at her deathbed while she died "peacefuly in her sleep". Buckingham Palace released this statement;

"Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother had become increasingly frail in recent weeks following her bad cough and chest infection over Christmas," said a Palace spokesman.

"Her condition deteriorated this morning and her doctors were called."
"Queen Elizabeth died peacefully in her sleep at 3.15 this afternoon at Royal Lodge (Windsor)," said the spokesman. "The Queen was at her mother's bedside,"

The BBC announced this news at 5:55, thats 2 hours and 40 minutes after the death. It went online 6 minutes after this. The Sun was the first online news to release it.

Her neice phoned Jenny Bond, the royal correspondent for BBC, and she made a statement on the BBC soon after.
